"This office is great! They’re always so responsive. I recently met with Nicole and she was excellent about providing me suggestions about my policy and how to get a better rate. She suggested a defensive driving course to lower my premium, which I never knew was a possibility! She went over all of my coverages, what each meant, and whether my limits were in a range that would be beneficial for me. Living in Houston, I already knew that I wanted my limits higher than the state minimum required. She went over my whole policy with me and made sure I understood my chosen coverages and the limits for each. She even told me how they compared to her own coverages. Nicole was so nice and helpful! I highly recommend talking with her! She also asked me about other options, such as life insurance and disability insurance, which I already have through work, but I appreciated that she checked and made sure to ask me about that. I frequently reach out for questions about my policy and this office is always great about responding in a timely manner. I appreciated Nicole reaching out and offering to meet with me personally so I could better understand my policy. Within six hours, I had my window repair appointment set up, my personal property reimbursement ball rolling, and a rental car ready to pick up.
